Here we share and keep track of ideas in visualizing genomic sequencing data, particularly for revealing the patterns of tumor heterogeneity, to inspire hypotheses regarding the clonal dynamics of human cancers. In parallel, applying these visualization technics could facilitate bias detection, feature extraction and model construction.
